i am moving back to tacoma after having lived in spanaway for a few years. my son is going to be middle school aged in the fall and i was wondering if anyone had anything they could tell me about their own kids' middle school or even their own experience in middle at different schools . i, myself, went to stewart and mcilvaigh but that was some good many years ago. it's hard to really tell anything from websites and i will be visiting some schools but maybe someone can give me a good lead?

or elementary schools either. my daughter is till elementary aged.

Also, any recommendations for a vet for a small dog? We've been to the cheap clinic on 6th but I'd prefer a doc who is friendlier. We live near TCC so anywhere near there works, or if there's somewhere amazing that's a little further that's ok too. We just need a general doc. I searched the tags but there were only a few entries.

I bought myself a fancy new tea strainer and have no idea where to buy loose leaf tea in Tacoma! Ideas? We found a few at Cost Plus World Market but not too many. We like fruity teas. Thanks!

For the past couple of days, I have been grappling with the blue screen of death (BSoD) to the tune of Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

After much fretting, AVG 9.0 purchasing, researching, advice getting from friends, I have pretty much ruled out virus and think it is a hardware issue. Thing is, I know nothing about hardware.

So, my question to you is: If you lived in the Capitol Hill area and traveled by Metro, where would you take your computer to be repaired (that didn't charge two arms and three legs and didn't keep your computer for three months or more?)?
